Double Zone for Versatile Storage
The MILLESIME140DB features two separate temperature zones for optimal storage. The upper zone, adjustable between 5°C and 12°C, is perfect for white wines and sparkling wines. The lower zone, adjustable between 12°C and 20°C, is ideal for red wines. This configuration allows you to store different types of wines at the right temperatures, preserving their aromas and qualities.
Connected Technology with Vinotag®
With the Vinotag® app, you can monitor and adjust the settings of your wine cellar remotely. You can control the temperature, lighting, and receive alerts directly on your smartphone in case of an open door, temperature variation, or the need to replace the carbon filter. Additionally, a digital registry of your bottles, with pre-filled sheets in partnership with Vivino, helps you save time and easily organize your collection.
Premium Features
The MILLESIME140DB is equipped with 6 sliding shelves made from solid sapelli wood. Two of these shelves are standard for a head-to-tail arrangement, while the other two are lateral, allowing you to showcase your bottle labels. You can also add extra shelves to customize your organization. The integrated white LED lateral lighting provides an elegant and clear view of your collection, while an active carbon filter ensures purified air inside the cellar. Lastly, the anti-vibration system protects your bottles from external disturbances, ensuring optimal storage conditions.
Technical Performance
The cooling system with forced air circulation ensures an even temperature for your wines. The MILLESIME140DB also includes a winter mode that keeps the interior temperature stable even during cold periods. The humidity is regulated naturally through the principle of hygrodynamics, and the triple-glazed door treated with UV protection shields your wines from harmful rays.

The MILLESIME140DB includes advanced safety features, such as a child safety lock that secures the control panel to prevent accidental adjustments. It also has visual and audible alarms that alert you to any issues that require your attention. The adjustable feet and wheels provide stability during installation and easy mobility of the cellar.
